Château Mont Thabor

Château Mont Thabor was born in 1980 with the arrival of the Stehelin family. Today the third generation, represented by Fanny stehelin, arrives to take over from her father Daniel. The Château now has 11 hectares of vines, 5 of which are in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation.

This 2018 vintage reveals a ruby color with slightly purple reflections. The nose is marked by its terroir of spices, black pepper, truffles, black cherries and wild blackberries. The palate is elegant and well balanced, fleshy, powerful with persistent aromas of red fruits and garrigue. This cuvée offers a great pleasure of tasting young and knows how to reward the most patient (up to 15 years of aging).
