Rare and exceptional wine

The Château l’Hospitalet is nestled in the heart of the protected massif of Clape, former link of the chain of the Pyrenees, Phoenician island then Roman, cradle of the vine in France. Gérard Bertrand acquired the property in 2002 and made it one of the largest wine tourism complex in Europe.

What makes this white wine rare and exceptional is its winemaking, aging and aging process.
It is a white wine with skin maceration, cold pressing, fermentation in barrels, aging on fine lees and batonnage every week.

It is the maceration of the pellicular that gives this amber color to the wine.

Its unique taste provides true pleasure from the first sip.

You will not find this taste anywhere else !
