Premières Côtes de Blaye

Château Les Pâques

2003

Bottle (0,75L)
Red
Dry

Today renamed Blaye-Côtes-de-Bordens since 2009, the Premières-Côtes-de-Blancy Appellation of Origin has more than 6,500 hectares located around Blaye and Libourne, on the right bank of the Gironde and just opposite the prestigious Médoc.
Made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, this wine has a strong and supple tannic structure. On the palate the roundness is mandatory with a strong acidity sought to balance the whole. The small red and black berries dominate the aromatic palette that enriches with age with beautiful notes of evolution (undergrowth, mushroom).
The wines of this appellation deserve to spend years in the cellar to relax and increase their potential.
