Château La Croix Lartigue

Its well exposed hillsides and the quality of its soils make the Château La Croix Lartigue a property with all the assets to shine within the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. La Maison Kavaklidere was not mistaken when it bought it back in 2016 on the advice of Stéphane Derenoncourt and his two partners Simon Blanchard and Julien Lavenu who used to rent it.  Thanks to the advice and follow-up provided by Derenoncourt Consultants, the objective is to continue to produce a wine that expresses all the energy and minerality of the terroir and elevate Château La Croix Lartigue to the rank of the must-see properties of Castillon.

This 2012 vintage is a complex, dynamic and racy wine. Deep carmine red wine with a complex aromatic nose mixing floral notes of iris and black fruits, full mouth, juicy and delirious. The tannin, tight and calcareous provides a feeling of lengthening and salivating tension at the end of the mouth.
