Château La Croix des Pins offers an amazing range of natural wines, elaborated with methods unique in the world.

Treasures & Unusual: Tête à L’Envers is the first wine without added sulphur that ages upside down to ensure perfect preservation. Indeed, the preservation on tip, on lees of natural yeasts, limits the oxygen intake during aging.

Recognizable by its colour, Tête à L’Envers, vintage 2021, is a deep, brilliant black wine. The second surprise is its aromatic expression.  On the nose, powerful notes of dark chocolate, sweet almond then crushed blackberry and black cherry syrup.  A real delicacy found on the palate. The mouth is round, supple, fresh and crisp like the grapes from which this cuvée is made. Tannins are present and silky.
