Château du Mont

Château du Mont has been owned by the Chouvac family for four generations. The 25 hectares vineyard distributed over the appellations Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, Sauternes and Graves produces white and red wines harvested by hand and vinified according to ancient and natural methods.

This 1998 vintage impresses by the breadth of its aromas with notes of dried fruits and candied then by the richness of its palate (Corinth grapes, mango, date, apricot confit). The concentration offers a very nice balance and a real freshness. The set leaves no doubt about its guard potential !
