Founded in 1726, Château de Pommard combines three hundred years of expertise and the innovative vision of the Carabello-Baum family. The recent conversion to biodynamics allows to elaborate wines emblematic of their terroir while respecting the environment. Located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune on the Route des Grands Crus, the Clos Marey Monge, rich in clay and limestone, allows Pinot Noir to express itself fully. This geological curiosity brings together seven separate plots within one of the Climats of Burgundy recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

A Pinot Noir with a sumptuous dark ruby color. Intense and complex aromas of mocha, black fruits and curry are expressed on a delicate nose. A fresh attack and tight structure on velvety tannins. Harmonious and long finish with fine mineral touches.
