Founded in 1726, Château de Pommard combines three hundred years of expertise and the innovative vision of the Carabello-Baum family. The recent conversion to biodynamics allows to elaborate wines emblematic of their terroir while respecting the environment. This 2014 vintage reveals a pale ruby color, a fruity nose and an intense mouth marked by the aromas of strawberry, red cherry and white pepper. The finish is long and the tannins melted, leaving a silky feel in the mouth. Like acidity and alcohol, these tannins help to create a balanced and harmonious structure that will allow this wine to age gracefully for many years.
