Château de Corton André

It all started in 1923, when Pierre André literally fell under the spell of the Château de Corton and the hill that gives its name to several Grands Crus. Today, the Pierre André house has 4 hectares of vineyards around the hill, including several plots in Grand Cru, and it makes wines from grapes purchased on about 100 hectares.

At Pierre André, the notion of terroir borders on the sacred! And it is the same for all its appellations: an extreme knowledge of each plot, hours and hours spent in the vineyards without counting, a boundless attention, a breeding of the most noble.

With an assertive character, this 2010 vintage reveals a deep, black cherry color. The intense nose of red fruits and blackcurrant blends well with the woody scents of breeding. The palate is balanced, fresh and vigorous.
