Wine made by La Cave de Labastide de Lévis, the oldest cooperative winery in the Tarn.
Its winemakers have been defending, since its creation in 1949, the production of quality wines from Gaillac. La Cave has always been innovative, it was particularly famous in 1957 by creating the Gaillac Perlé which contributed greatly to the reputation of the Gaillacois.
This 2003 vintage is expressed by a bouquet of ripe fruits slightly smoked, a very coated structure, a final soft and tender mouth.
