Belcier Castle of classical style was built at the end of the 18th century by François de Belcier, a counter-revolutionary guillotined in 1793. It has been owned by MACIF since 2008. It is one of the largest crus in the Castillon-Côtes-de-Bordeaux appellation with its 48 ha and one of the safe values.
This vintage 2010 seduces with its garnet color with purple highlights. Of beautiful intensity, the complex bouquet of this cuvée mixes black and red fruits, chocolate, leather and roasted notes. One is impressed by the velvety and greedy mouth of black fruits, which combines menthol freshness, great aromatic persistence and powerful tannins.
