The Château de Camensac, is a vineyard of 150 hectares located on the edge of the Saint-Julien appellation in Saint-Laurent-Médoc in Gironde. Located in the Haut-Médoc appellation, it is classified fifth grand cru in the official classification of Bordeaux wines of 1855.

 

The 1999 vintage reveals a carmine colour with a fine nose imbued with red fruits like raspberry and soft woody nuances. Long, dense, marked by well-present tannins, it has a good aging potential.
