Le Cellier des Templiers is a group of 750 winemakers operating 1250 hectares of vines, which represents the equivalent of 75% of the production of the Cru.
The Templar Cellar produces only wines in AOC: Banyuls, Banyuls Grand Cru and Collioure.
Cuvée Saint Michel was designed to introduce amateurs to the richness of expression of a magnificent terroir. Traditionally vinified, this airy and mineral wine recalls the meeting of the land and the sea: ample attack and intense bouquet of red flesh fruit.
