Pacherenc du Vic Bilh Saint Martin – Les Barriques d’Or

More than soldiers, you will probably see the grape harvesters parade in the vineyards of the Cave de Plaimont on November 11, because it is around this date, St. Martin’s Day, that the grapes used to produce this favourite wine are harvested. Confit on the feet, they give the wine a very distinguished golden color, which they accompany with a bouquet that is sensual, complex and powerful, mixing candied fruits and blond tobacco with a woody notes smoked and vanilla. The mouth is full of a beautiful material, ripe and concentrated, which does not lack freshness and delivers an aromatic expression ample and persistent.
