Domaine Clémancey

Les Hervelets

Located in the commune of Couchey, Domaine Clémancey has been a family business for several generations. It is currently the daughter Marie-Odile and her husband Thierry who took over the suite in 1996. They now exploit 8.00 ha spread over the communes of Couchey, Marsannay-la-Côte, Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin. They produce 11 appellations and bottle between 25,000 and 30,000 collars each year.

This 2018 vintage sports a purplish and shiny color. The nose reveals complex and intense aromas of red and black fruits, enhanced by notes of violet. The palate is round and smooth. The fruit flavors blend harmoniously with spices and an elegant salinity, offering a beautiful length in the finish.
