Les Fichots

From the vine to the cellar, at Moillard the elaboration of great cuvées is an art mastered for generations. The grapes are rigorously selected from partner winemakers for many years and the team of oenologists uses all their expertise to vinify and raise quality wines, representative of their terroir and which are appreciable in their youth but also after a few years spent in the cellar.

Le Climat “Les Fichots” is located in front of the hill of Corton, which carries the prestigious red Grand Cru Corton.

This 2003 vintage features a dark ruby color with purple highlights. From the first aromas, we recognize the characteristics that have made the reputation of Pernand: mineral notes of graphite and charcoal that mingle with strawberry and sour cherry aromas, and finely woody nuances. The mouth is powerful, precise and has a beautiful length.
