Domaine Chicotot had 5 hectares of vines until 2004, all grouped together in Nuits-Saint-Georges. It now extends over 8 ha with plots in Ladoix and Aloxe-Corton.

This small artisanal estate asserts itself from one year to the next. The plots are small but all very well located and the wines, meticulously vinified for 22 years by Pascale, the wife of Georges Chicotot joined by their son Clément.

Domaine Chicotot produces in small quantities wines of character which constitute one of the most accomplished current expressions of the terroir of Nuits-Saint-Georges.

This vintage 2014 is a subtle wine with very fine tannins. It reveals fine and delicate aromas of flowers (peony) and cherries, on the nose as in the mouth. It’s even lace on the palate, with a beautiful persistence.
