Château Olivier made a spectacular good forward. Steeped in history, it is located 11 km from Bordeaux, at the heart of a 220-hectare estate composed of meadows, century-old oaks, pine woods, but above all a vineyard of 55 hectares on two distinct gravelly hillsides.

Château Olivier has the rare distinction of being endowed with excellent terroirs for both red and white wine. The low fertility of gravelly and clayey soils combined with the earliness of the climate allows Cabernet Sauvignon to reach optimal maturity.

This vintage 1995 sports a shiny black dress that makes you want to dive into it… On the nose, greedy aromas of strawberry, vanilla, stone fruit and grape marc and on the palate, round and fleshy tannins with a supple and fruity attack. A beautiful, tasty, elegant and complex wine.
