Henriot

In 1808, it was Apolline Henriot, young widow of Nicolas Henriot, who founded the Champagne House. At the beginning of the 1970s, Joseph Henriot, 7th generation of the family, decided to enrich the collection of reserve wines of the Maison Henriot initiated by Apolline Henriot two centuries earlier. Since then, the Maison Henriot has perpetuated these precious creations that reflect the most beautiful moments in the history of Champagne.

The dress is dazzling, adorned with salmon hues mixed with subtle copper highlights. The beautiful effervescence offers persistent and fine bubbles. The nose is gourmand and reveals a complex aromatic bouquet, intense and mineral. Aromas of red fruits and citrus blend with finesse in subtle plant fragrances (blackcurrant bud) and floral (clove, iris) to give way to gourmet notes of candied fruit. The mouth is well balanced and presents a harmonious aromatic palette. Balsamic and floral notes on the attack give way to spicy aromas bringing a beautiful freshness. The finish is like this cuvée, all finesse, persistent and aromatic.
