Domaine des Quatre Saisons

The Domaine des Quatre Saisons takes root in Epineuil, 20 km from Chablis in Burgundy. It is a family farm of almost 85 hectares where each generation has come to write a chapter in the history of the Domain.

This 2023 vintage presents a beautiful yellow gold white color with pale green crystalline reflections. The aromatic nose, gourmet, elegant and complex, reveals its freshness with slightly toasted accents. Typical of the appellation and its terroir, the attack is frank and mineral. This balanced and fresh wine reveals floral notes and a beautiful finish of a gently spicy tension.
