Château Sociando Mallet

Probably the best unclassified wines of the Haut Médoc appellation, although it is not a Cru Classé because of its late creation and that it is no longer exceptional Cru Bourgeois by choice. It is a Haut Médoc in its own right, an out-of-classification wine, a pearl of connoisseurs. Today, the vineyard extends over 83 hectares around the castle.

This 2016 vintage is dressed in a dark color, almost ink. It is a robust wine in its youth, which refines and becomes magnificent of richness and flexibility over the years. The powerful aromas of red fruits, savoury expressed by raspberry, are then adorned with subtle touches of toast. This wine is particularly known for the subtle woody notes perfectly integrated into the structure of its wines.
