Pessac Léognan

Château Cantelys

1988

Bottle (0,75L)
White
Dry

The area of appellation on which is located Château Cantelys, is the most famous in Bordeaux in terms of dry white wines. Of the 40 hectares that count the domain in appellation Pessac-Léognan, 20 are dedicated to the vine (15 for red and 5 for white varieties).

Château Cantelys has been owned by the Cathiard family since 1996. It shares the same elegance with Château Smith-Haut-Laffite, the other property of the Cathiard family.

This 1988 vintage reveals a bright and clear color. In the mouth, the attack is lively, sapid marked by a beautiful acidity still present despite the years. The aromatic palette, of a beautiful complexity, starts with citrus aromas to fly on delicate notes of ripe white fruits.
