Les Hervelets

The “Les Hervelets” climate is located on the upper part of the slopes of the vineyard of Fixin, a town between Dijon and Gevrey Chambertin in Côte de Nuits. This Premier Cru is a complete Fixin of exceptional quality. This wine once again confirms the greatness of its terroir. Its early character and its fused breeding already makes it irresistible. All the minerality, gourmandise and purity of the appellation are found in this incredibly tasty wine.

This 2020 vintage has a beautiful sober dress with some violet highlights. It has a bewitching nose on aromas of red fruits (cherry, strawberry), with notes of beeswax, spices and dry herbs typical of the climate. The palate is greedy, full of fruit, with a beautiful structure, perfect balance and silky tannins. The finish is salty, complex, fresh, on round black fruits.
