Domaine d’Uby

Uby, it is the story of a family passion, know-how and a Gascon terroir. For 3 generations, the family has been working to give a human, environmental and sustainable orientation to the field. Close to the lake, she proudly shapes a landscape of water and sun, vines and polycultures that inspires her every day. Uby is a beautiful human adventure rooted in the sustainable.

From a blend of Colombard and Ugni Blanc, this 2010 vintage reveals a beautiful intense nose of citrus, mango, passion fruit and white peach. On the palate, the attack is fresh and round, opens on a gourmet palate with lemon notes. Nice length.
