Château Doisy Daëne

This estate established on the clay-limestone plateau of Haut-Barsac is considered one of the jewels of Sauternes. This superb 2007 vintage can only contribute to establish this reputation. Perfect in its straw yellow color, it shows its complexity from the bouquet by playing on fine fruity notes (pear and vine peach) and exotic. The palette expands even more in the mouth to accommodate notes of honey, orange peel, quince and fig. Ample, long and marked by a good quality roast, it is a real pleasure wine that we will want to share for many years.
