The Adam family combines a commercial activity and production from its own vineyards. For several years, Jean-Baptiste has been refining his work on parcels of land, accompanied by his daughter Laure and her husband, Emmanuel Bogen, head of culture.
This 2013 vintage has an intense yellow color with a golden reflection. Complex, the nose blends with refinement floral and spicy fragrances (ginger) to gourmet pastry notes. Ample and elegant, the palate seduces with its acidity and delicate bitterness that enhances its gourmandise and rich fruity aromas.
