Haut Médoc Grand Cru Classé

Château de Camensac

2011

Bottle (0,75L)
Red
Dry

The Château de Camensac, is a 150 hectare vineyard located on the edge of the Saint-Julien appellation in Saint-Laurent-Médoc in Gironde. Located in the Haut-Médoc appellation, it is classified fifth grand cru in the official classification of Bordeaux wines from 1855.

This 2011 vintage balances merlot and cabernet sauvignon, roundness and structure, voluptuousness and power. It is an elegant wine, delivering aromas of black fruits like blackcurrant and blackberry. Delicate notes of cigar cellar and leather are noticeable, they bring a lot of complexity and make a wine of mediation. On the palate, it is a slender texture, with a harmonious texture to melted tannins that offers the taster.
