The appellation Châteauneuf-du-Pape is distinguished by the combination of its thirteen grape varieties that each winemaker combines according to the personality he wants to give his wine. Alongside the traditional Grenache, there is thus an increasing proportion of Syrah and Mourvèdre, which develop complex aromas of red fruits, wood and fine leather.
This 2012 vintage has an intense garnet-purple color. It is a structured wine, with a powerful and complex nose of ripe fruits, mushrooms, truffles, undergrowth, spicy notes, wild and animal.
