For two centuries, the Dumoutier family, very involved in the creation of the AOC bandol, The vineyard is one of the largest in the appellation with its 55 ha of vineyards located between the medieval villages of Castellet and La Cadière-d’Azur; it is also one of the most constant.

This 2016 vintage, of a beautiful deep red, combines Mourvèdre, Grenache, Carignan and Syrah. It has an intense bouquet of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) spiced with pepper and eucalyptus. Aromas that are found in a well-balanced mouth between freshness, smooth and dense matter, and fine tannins. The long fruity finish augurs for good ageing potential.
