In the heart of Auvergne, at the foot of 80 volcanoes, Pierre Goigoux sculpts fire wines with passion and authenticity. Auvergne is one of the few volcanic wine regions in the world. That is why he chose to create parceled vintages to reveal the singularities of the soils of the Côtes d’Auvergne.

Located in the foothills of the Chaîne des Puys, the vineyard of Pierre Goigoux enjoys a semi-continental climate. A family, a terroir, a past, a memory: this is what led Pierre Goigoux to become an ambassador of Auvergne wines. Its objective: to reveal the reflections of the volcanic soil and offer expressive and elegant wines.

This special cuvée was made from the Chardonnay grape variety (100%) from a selection of plots of old vines. From the 2020 harvest, this wine has a very pretty pale yellow color. It develops aromas of white flowers and presents a nice finesse on the palate.
