The estate has been passed down from father to son for seven generations. Currently Alain and his son Cyril cultivate the 35 hectares of vines of the property, a third of which is classified as Chablis 1er cru. The farm is present on 3 appellations: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis premier Cru (Vaucoupin, Mont de Milieu, and Les Fourneaux).
This 2000 vintage has a bright and clear dress, not too accentuated. A perfect nose, flint and lemon, where we can even perceive the gooseberry. With a lively and round mouth at the same time, it is ready to drink now.
