Grand Cru Classé in 1855, Château Branaire-Ducru is one of the great names of the Saint-Julien appellation. Owned by François-Xavier Maroteaux, the son of the late Patrick Maroteaux, and directed by Jean-Dominique Videau, Château Branaire-Ducru offers, vintage after vintage, a superb expression of this great terroir from the left bank of Bordeaux with wines recognized for their elegance, their velvety texture in the mouth and their regularity.

The aromatic complexity and purity of a tasty and full of finesse Saint-Julien Grand Cru.

This 1993 vintage sports a garnet color with tuilated reflections, testifying to its evolution. On the nose, it seduces with its aromas of ripe fruit and undergrowth. On the palate, it reveals a velvety texture, fine tannins and a persistent finish.
