Grand Cru Classé de Graves

The Château Olivier made a spectacular good forward. Steeped in history, it is located 11 km from Bordeaux, in the heart of an estate of 220 hectares composed of meadows, oaks, pine wood, but especially a vineyard of 55 hectares on two distinct gravel ridges.

Château Olivier has the rare particularity of having excellent terroirs for red wine as for white wine. The low fertility of gravelly and clay soils associated with the early climate allows Cabernet Sauvignon to reach optimal maturity.

The 1994 vintage: «Another success while elegance !»

The dress has a dark purple color with purple highlights and a black core. The nose is very elegant with aromas of ripe black berries, plums and cherries, with notes of oriental spices and discreet smoky notes in the background. The palate is well structured with ripe tannins, a lot of freshness despite the years and a great depth of taste. A wonderful wine with excellent length!
