In the 1990s, Isabelle and Jean-Michel Mangeot had the idea of turning a passion and a way of life into a profession. In April 1997, the couple rented 1.76 ha of vines to a winemaker. Then, they rent out 3.5 ha, then buy back 5.5 ha to arrive, in 2014, at a vineyard spread over 14 ha.

The wines of the Côtes de Toul benefit from the Controlled Designation of Origin since 1998.

This 2008 vintage reveals a beautiful aromatic richness of citrus, nose of green apple, quince and pistachio. After all these years of aging, it has become charming.
