Paul Jaboulet Aîné

Both producer and merchant, the Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné was founded in 1834 by Antoine Jaboulet. It then passed into the hands of his sons Paul and Henry, before being passed down from generation to generation. In January 2006, the Frey family, winemaker from Champagne and owner of Château La Lagune in Bordeaux, took over the house Paul Jaboulet Aîné.

This vintage 2000 reveals a brilliant ruby robe, with violine highlights, the nose offers notes of red fruits in the brandy as well as notes of southern aromatic herbs, the mouth is full of roundness and spicy notes accompany the finish.
