Edited in limited quantities, each vintage Rare Champagne brings together three essential parameters: a truly atypical year, the expertise of the Cellar Master, and the maturation time under optimal conditions. Thus are revealed the unique personality and infinite longevity of this truly exceptional champagne.

In more than forty years, Rare Champagne has declared only fourteen vintages, all edited in limited series, according to drastic criteria of excellence.

Thriving year after year, Rare Champagne reveals a lingering vivacity and minerality, brilliant purity and subtle contrasts in a refined style. Rare Champagne is distinguished by its notes of sweet spices and fresh tropical fruits, sometimes candied, its smoky accents, attesting to the minerality of Chardonnay, rooted on chalky soil, enhanced with exotic harmonies.
