Les Sauvagères

Both producer and merchant, the Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné was founded in 1834 by Antoine Jaboulet. It then passed into the hands of his sons Paul and Henry, before being passed down from generation to generation. In January 2006, the Frey family, winemaker from Champagne and owner of Château La Lagune in Bordeaux, took over the house Paul Jaboulet Aîné.

In this 2013 vintage, which seduces with its purity and brilliance, the fat and acidity balance perfectly on the palate, offering a tasting of pure pleasure carried at arm’s length by subtle floral and fruity aromas. A pleasant sensation of freshness and minerality is expressed throughout the tasting and until the finish.
