Cuvée Chardonnay n°22

The story began in 2020 when six farming families from Essonne and South-Yvelines joined together with the intention of planting vines. A daring bet, accompanied by a master’s hand both by the founders of Domaine La Bouche du Roi.

Marketed under the name of Bal du Roi, the cuvées of the Ile-de-France winegrowers are always worked in single grape variety and parcel. This means that the consumer has full traceability on the bottle of the origin of the fruits that are produced, both on the identity of the winegrower, the grape variety but also on the characteristics of the plot.

Cuvée Chardonnay n°22 is the very first cuvée of the Minier family, from their first harvest in 2022. The precious harvest was then pressed, worked and bottled by the Domaine La Bouche du Roi located in Davron in Yvelines (78).

This cuvée is a true invitation to freshness and lightness, with a palette of flavors ranging from citrus fruits to yellow-fleshed fruits, flowers and mineral notes.
