Fruitière Vinicole de Pupillin

Founded by a few winemakers in 1909, this cooperative now covers 50 ha from about thirty members, for a production of about 3,500 hl. Located in the heart of the village of Pupillin, in a regularly modernized setting, it combines the latest winemaking techniques and respect for traditional practices.

This 2007 vintage, still young, did not go far from the favorite. It offers a subtle nose on ripe mirabelle and apple, almond and hazelnut. Just as fruity, spicy, mineral in the finish, powerful and long, the mouth is elegant and complex.
