Jean Boillot moved in 1990 after having studied with Olivier Leflaive as a Cellar Chef. He built little by little his estate, which now covers 11 hectares on the Côte de Beaune. Now supported by its children, the domain has taken its cruising speed but always in a spirit of precision, finesse and elegance. It is not uncommon for production to be severely limited because he does not accept that a bottle bears his name while the wine does not meet its high quality standards.

This 1997 vintage is always bright and has a fruity and greedy nose. Very elegant and subtle wine, it offers to the palate the crunchy charm of fresh grapes.
