Mouton Cadet – Baron Philippe de Rothschild

Created in 1930 by the legendary Baron Philippe de Rothschild, a wine-grower and poet, Mouton Cadet combines the Bordeaux tradition of blending with the values of authenticity and excellence that have always made the Rothschild family proud. It thus brings together, in an elegant blob of flavours, several great appellations from the Bordeaux region planted with noble grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.

This 2014 vintage has an intense and bright red colour. It reveals a nose or dominates the notes of cherry and blackcurrant. The tannins are powerful and the mouth remains smooth. The wine is well balanced.
