Domaine Charles Henri Bourguignon

It is in Savigny, a commune bordering Beaune, that the Côte de Beaune truly begins, with wines marked by a delicate and fine character very assertive. Framed by the mountain of Beaune in the south (which rises to 409 meters) and by the wood Noël in the north, the vineyard occupies both sides of the valley of Rhoin. It has a total of 370 hectares of vineyards, including 10 hectares dedicated to whites.

This 2018 vintage reveals a pale yellow color with a complex nose of honey, acacia, and vanilla. A round mouth where we find floral notes, brioche and almond. A beautiful freshness in the finish !
